Simple Cytlok  |  Why Firewalls?

Overview

Cytlok – the key to your privacy
Cytlok offers a full spectrum of tools for your peace of mind.

  • Core Security Controls: Prevents the reading of, writing to, deletion, removal or execution of programs and files, without predefined authorization, from servers and workstations. Real-time security, intrusion detection and system management.
  • Access Controls: Restricts accesses to any unauthorized would-be users with positive identity control. Password permission set on a file protects access by unauthorized users. Unauthorized attempts activate a violations dialog box and prompt for a correct password.
  • Encryption: Allows encryption of a file so that its contents are unreadable and unusable, can only be decrypted through Cytlok.
  • Private Storage: Positively hides sensitive, mission-critical, confidential business data, financial files, DLLs, databases, encryption keys, server/firewall passwords and other critical data. Can only be executed through Cytlok.
  • VirusX: Protects hard drive boot sectors from known and unknown viruses. Stops malicious viruses before damage occurs.
  • Inheritance: the folder's files automatically inherit Protection of a folder.
  • Critical Backup: Creates a backup or duplicate file (specified) before it can be opened for modification, securing original data.
  • Logs/Analysis: Automatically logs all attempts to compromise (violate) the system and identifies IP address of intruder, provides time/date stamp and notifies the administrator.
  • Port Denial: Allows browsing while blocking the user of specified ports, such as e-mail, FTP, Telnet, IRC, etc. A truly Internet-based (not just web-based) security/control feature. Contributes to workstation operator productivity.
